Responsibilities
Bistro Server - PRN Primary functions will include serving, cashiering, hosting, Barista and pre-busing, all while satisfying the needs of the guest. Must be able to use computer registers, balance cash, properly complete daily cashier paperwork, and maintain flow of customer line. Ensures area is maintained in a professional and welcoming condition by restocking and general cleanup. The neatly presented server demonstrates a positive attitude and impression. Working from a team-centered approach, communicates effectively while serving the needs of the restaurant guest. Makes excellence the goal of each interaction. All aspects of food handling shall be in accordance with HACCP, health and regulatory standards. Completes all other job duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Minimum Experience: 1-3 years restaurant foodservice experience highly preferred.
Required Minimum Skills: Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language. Ability to maintain excellent customer service under stressful conditions in a courteous, professional, yet tactful manner. Good math skills required. Must be able to deliver meals and beverages. Knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
